Wheat Free Recipes

Many people are sensitive to wheat and are unable to eat. It. It is relatively easy to substitute with other flours in recipes. There are many whole grain flours available today that were around long before processed wheat became the main grain used in baked products. There are spelt, barley, millet, amaranth, brown rice, oat, and kamut flours just to name a few. Experimentation is required to convert recipes using these superior grains. However, most recipes in Naturally Desserts are wheat free and primarily use spelt, barley and millet flours.
